Exiting lockdown.

Dad finally got out of lockdown. so he's began going back to work but only half shifts. Mum has recently sold nine large padocks, she has been doing a lot of paper work for her beef farm. We are still doing online learning with Mrs Cutler, Mums worried to send us to school until New Zealand is covid free. we have been talking to friends like Clemont and my overseas grandmother (avo).  Our Avocado orchid is looking great.

Baked Goods🍪

Yesterday i was looking at the contract (set work for the week), a lot of the work was from
ANZAC (Australia New Zealand Army Corps) related activities. An optional job was to bake
ANZAC cookies. Personally i'm all about the cookies, so i decided to bake ANZAC biscuits.
I asked Dad if he would like to join us in making cookies. Turn out (Dramatic pause...) he had never
baked cookies😲. Fortunately my little bro Zackary came to help (master of cookies). We finished
the baked good 45 minutes later. We sat down to a tasty treat.

Ingredients for ANZAC cookies.
1 Cup 'flour'
2/3 Cup 'sugar'
1 1/3 Cup 'coconut'
1 1/2 Cup 'rolled oats'
200 g 'butter'
2 tablespoon 'syrup or honey'
1 teaspoon 'baking soda'
4 tablespoon 'boiling water'

Mix together flour, sugar, coconut and rolled oats. Melt butter and golden syrup/honey. Dissolve
baking soda in boiling water and add to butter and golden syrup/honey. Stir butter mixture into dry
ingredients. Place a tablespoonful of mixture into trays bake at 180'c for 15 minutes.
